RETURN’S POLICY
Returns and refunds are classified by the following categories:
(I) Item Not Received
(II) Invalid tracking number
The following conditions apply for all return and refund requests.
Return & Refund Requests:
You can request a ‘Return & Refund’ within 7 days of delivery of your package.
Order Cancellation on NIK AGENCIES:
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.Fees once paid will not be refunded. Call our customer support number mentioned in the contact form www.nikagencies.com/contact-us/
Cancellation after your product has shipped:
If you initiate a cancellation after your product had shipped, No returns or refunds will be entertained. On receipt of the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product as mentioned in general terms.
- ITEM NOT RECEIVED
Status: In transit
If the item(s) is currently being delivered and shows as “still on the way to the delivery address”, it can be classified as “Item not received” in the following circumstances:
Delivery is delayed and there have not been any status updates from the shipping carrier for over 15 days.
- Delivery is delayed and there have not been any status updates from the shipping carrier for over 15 days.
- Items are held at one location such as with the shipping carrier or sorting facility for over 15 days.
In any of above mentioned conditions, buyers are requested to contact our customer support for immediate solutions.
Once the item(s) are in the local sorting facility or post office waiting to be picked up, the buyer is responsible for collecting their package. If the buyer refuses to do so due to some personal reasons, Nik Agencies resolution centre will commence arbitration to release payment as applicable.
Status: Items returned or on the way back to Nik Agencies
If an item is returned to Nik Agencies, or is held at one location, Nik Agencies resolution centre will commence arbitration based on the following circumstances:
(I) Buyer provided the wrong shipping address.
(II) Fault lies with the Nik Agencies, then on suitable investigation Nik Agencies will decide to give a full refund to buyer.
2. INVALID TRACKING NUMBER
If a shipment is missing a tracking number or the tracking number cannot be located on the shipping carriers website after 5/10/35 days from when Nik Agencies provided the tracking No. , then Nik Agencies Resolution Center can assist in verifying or supporting with buyer for furtherance.
General
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to the concerned manufacturer. Let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer support as in www.nikagencies.com/contact-us/or email us at info@nikagencies.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
Any product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging
